During my time with Seven Miles I have had the chance to experience a lot of different facets of the industry. My main expertise is in training, particularly in developing specialist training for higher learning in coffee.I am now a competent roaster having roasted on sample roasters, a 5kg Roastmax, a 1kg Aillio Bullet and a 120kg Brambati (limited experience).Having the chance to select specialty grade coffee from suppliers and see it through roasting, quality assurance and the brewing of the coffee has been a great learning curve. I can now confidently sit in all roles.I'm currently heading up the training rule for the Science Coffee and Education Centre at Seven Miles which includes assisting Dr Adam Carr with research and also acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
