Consulted at CPA Australia, as a Senior Project Manager to implement their strategic revenue producing public learning management system (LMS) using Oracle’s iLearning Plus product. Project objective was to replace CPA Australia's 10 year old website with a new LMS. Successfully implemented the new LMS used by 60,000 people enrolled in the CPA certification program. The architecture included a customized, externally hosted, LMS product with integration into CPA Australia’s systems hosted both internally and on Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.Responsible for all aspects of project management including vendor contracts, vendor management, internal resources, stakeholder/steering committee management, and change management. Project budget was over $1M AUD.Project was successfully implemented within the aggressive timeline and within budget.
