The blog includes taking in the local sights, meeting and training with the local gyms and eating local foods. Sometimes I stay at a host's house other times I stay at a hostel. Videos of seeing the sights, as well as videos of class training and interviews with instructors or hosts, are made for the blog when the chance presents itself.
