Design and deploy Cisco Unified Communications based voice and video solutions. I currently hold the Cisco certifications for CCNA Routing and Switching, Cisco Telepresence Field Engineer, and CCNP-Collaboration. I currently perform the role of level 2/3 Video Telepresence support for the Telstra UC Video Assurance group. In addition to day to day support activities I also review customer support documentation and create processes and procedures for consistent actioning of repeated functions.Support our cloud-based UC customers that utilize the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) and mange these customer’s via the CUCDM / Voss front-end.Perform the duties as Subject Matter Expert for Cisco Telepresence and support Telstra’s Telepresence infrastructure in the HCS Cloud consisting of a Call Manager clusters, Video Collaboration Servers and Video Expressways and hundreds of end-points worldwide. Also support any Telepresence installations for Telstra customers via either remote or on-site methods. Liaise with Cisco TAC when necessary as the escalation point to Cisco hardware and software issues and faults.

In my position at Alphawest I design, implement, and deploy Cisco routing, switching, IPTel, and Telepresence solutions. I currently hold CCNA and CCVP Cisco certifications and Nokia Associate and Professional level certifications. I recently completed an IPTel integration solution that included 4 AsiaPacific overseas locations to a centralized CallManager cluster located in Australia. I commonly design, install, and troubleshoot IPTel solutions for both greenfield sites as well as integrate the IPTel installation with existing PBX installations ranging from 25 to 1000 users. My current duties include deploying Cisco Telepresence for a large international customer and to date I have been involved with the deployment of over 40 Telepresence rooms both locally, nationally, and internationally.

In my role at Uecomm I was responsible for designing, allocating and provisioning resources, and commissioning and testing the customer's contracted solution. I monitored and maintained a database to keep track of network resources and created and maintained policies and procedures to maintain consistency across the network. I configured real-time reporting that was portal accessible for the customer’s various services, and allocated Uecomm’s public IP allocation as per APNIC standards to be used for Uecomm’s customer Internet solutions.
