CurrentDesign and deploy Cisco Unified Communications based voice and video solutions. I currently hold the Cisco certifications for CCNA Routing and Switching, Cisco Telepresence Field Engineer, and CCNP-Collaboration. I currently perform the role of level 2/3 Video Telepresence support for the Telstra UC Video Assurance group. In addition to day to day support activities I also review customer support documentation and create processes and procedures for consistent actioning of repeated functions.Support our cloud-based UC customers that utilize the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) and mange these customer’s via the CUCDM / Voss front-end.Perform the duties as Subject Matter Expert for Cisco Telepresence and support Telstra’s Telepresence infrastructure in the HCS Cloud consisting of a Call Manager clusters, Video Collaboration Servers and Video Expressways and hundreds of end-points worldwide. Also support any Telepresence installations for Telstra customers via either remote or on-site methods. Liaise with Cisco TAC when necessary as the escalation point to Cisco hardware and software issues and faults.
