I lead partnerships that bridge divides and unite people, organisations, and industries for the planet’s future. Through storytelling, we unearth hidden conservation stories, sparking global awareness and inspiring action. By driving collaboration, I bring together conservationists, businesses, and communities, creating meaningful dialogue and shared solutions. Specialising in human behaviour and consumer psychology, I apply these insights to catalyse action and turn awareness into tangible impact. With a focus on real-world impact, I craft strategies that drive measurable change, ensuring our actions make a lasting difference.

I left school at the age of 11 after being given a long list of so-called educational disabilities; the system gave up on me. I managed to turn my passion into a global trading business, but so many aren't so lucky to have the support I did. I started to talk about my experience with neurodiversity and mental health challenges back in 2006 and hope to bring that experience and my commercial background to help Neurobetter grow and raise more funds.

I use the experience I gained in turning a kitchen table start-up business into £6.5m revenue and trading in 17 countries worldwide. My key skills centre around human behaviour and consumer psychology. People are at the core of everything you do, whether it's understanding how to make your team more efficient or knowing how to leverage human behaviour to get people to choose you.

With 20 years of experience as a professional speaker, I have inspired audiences ranging from small intimate groups to large stadiums with over 5,000 attendees. My talks focus on areas of my expertise including Operational Efficiency, Growth Hacking, Consumer Psychology, Business Strategy, Task Management, Staff Training, and Sustainability. I have been privileged to speak for some of the world's largest corporations, governments, and organizations, including the Youth Olympic Games, British Government, PWC, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Virgin, Save the Children, Sainsbury's, MAPCU Malaysia, UNAM México, and many others. My objective is to not only educate but to inspire actionable change, leveraging my insights to stimulate growth and efficiency.

I started raising money for tigers back in 2006 with my chocolate business. I have always had a deep affinity for tigers and apex predators as they keep so much of the ecosystem in balance. Saving tigers is saving the whole ecosystem. I hope to bring my commercial background to help the charity raise more money.

I left school to be home-educated at the age of 11 with a long list of so-called learning disabilities; I thought my life was over. At the age of 12, I started a business on my parent's kitchen table in a small village in rural Staffordshire. By 20, it was valued at £6.5m and trading in 17 countries worldwide. I became the youngest ever supplier to Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Selfridges, all before the age of 16. I was the youngest person to ever export from the UK and the youngest world chocolate ambassador by 19.I led the business for 11 years as managing director, managing all the aspects of the business, but my key focus was always on revenue generation, marketing and an obsessive need to understand what made people buy what they did.I exited the business in late 2015 to pursue a more fractional and freelance career and to focus on my speaking.
