Rolled out GE PACS within the Northwest / West Midlands cluster hospitals, with each project deploying on time and to budget. Led on proposed workflow, tailoring training materials to the workflow and delivering training to hospital Master Training Team, Systems Administrators and Key Users. Developed clinical experience by moving into the Cardiology sphere and upgrade phase, as lead UKI Cardiology Applications Specialist. Configured the product for each implementation via workflow discussions and leveraged this knowledge to advise the sales team on tender responses. Led customer presentations prior to sale. Improved UK core offering, and boosted product suitability for customers, by identifying demand trends and targeting solutions to inform product developmentLiaised with Product Management, European and Global teams to represent UK requirements in developing product roadmap. Built relationships with engineering teams, advised on development priorities and proposed workflow synergies for UK customers to dovetail with proposed UK customisations to drive down deployment costs through standardising configuration. Presented a demonstration to the Cardiology Congress in Amsterdam in 2013, supporting a key customer presenting his white paper describing the benefit of our IT solution in his Catheter lab.
