Theme of my career - Leading organizations and people through change. I am grateful to have worked with and learned from amazingly talented people on complex and interesting challenges, across global enterprises and around the world. At CORTAC Group I lead two major areas of focus: 1) helping acquirers and targets unlock M&A deal value, advising and actively guiding deal stakeholders through the complexities of pre-merger due diligence, and post-merger integration planning and implementation; and, 2) delivering Program/Project Management services to support global cloud operators growing and operating their data center portfolio. My focus at Microshare was delivering digital twinning IoT Smart FM solutions at global scale. Growing a team, processes, and partner ecosystem to meet demand from an expanding global client base.At Microsoft I led cross-functional program teams to deliver results across the company and around the globe. M&A highlights included the complex separation and transition program enabling Microsoft to sell the Mediaroom global business to Ericsson in 2013, integrating the massive Nokia India operations in 2014, and due diligence and post-merger integration programs for 25 other M&A transactions. While in corporate real estate, I led teams responsible for supply/demand and occupancy planning for the Puget Sound campus which at the time was 10M square feet across 100+ buildings; planning, transactions, and design/construction for the North and South America field portfolio of 4M square feet across 140 sites; and planning, transactions, design/construction, and facilities management for the Eastern US Regional portfolio of 1.4M square feet across 45 sites. Prior to joining Microsoft, I was with Xerox in corporate real estate and corporate finance. I hold the CoreNet Global Senior Leader in Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) designation. I earned a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Real Estate/Finance from Penn State.
