When I couldn't find a mortgage calculator that I liked, I built my own. When I needed a budgeting spreadsheet for my business, I built one. When I started a trucking company, I wrote business plans, secured financing, hired employees, and completed all the back-end responsibilities. I'm actively seeking new problems to solve.
