As the Delivery Director at Springload for over four years, my primary focus was to navigate the complexities of challenging projects and ensure successful outcomes. No matter how ambitious or “crazy” the projects that came our way, I made it my mission to turn uncertainty into confidence, going from “I don’t know” to “we’ve got this”, and delivering to the best of our abilities.I played a key role in managing both client and team expectations, fostering a culture of clear communication and shared goals. One of my significant contributions was introducing and maintaining a strong focus on project margins.
