I was responsible for completion and submission of pre-qualification documents and also helped compile tender submissions for public and private sector clients, ranging from one off projects worth £1m - £20m to regional frameworks worth up to £40m per year. This involved researching information from all areas of the business, proof reading and preparing this information for submission. My role purpose at Mansell was to: ‘compile information and documentation for the process of writing proposals and tenders to support business winning’. The contracts pursued were typically above the Official Journal for the European Union level of £3.9 million, and as such the proposals and documents I wrote had to be of sufficiently high quality to ensure we were invited to tender.Achievements• part of successful bid delivery team for two regional frameworks worth approximately £2 billion• development of a best practice evidence capture pro forma that was rolled out nationwide across 22 regional offices
