My 9-year and 9-month employment at INIT was a life-changing experience. Under the mentorship of Mr. Khantil, I learned numerous creative skills and eventually became the Studio Head. Additionally, through my involvement with Gobananas Events, a sister concern firm, I gained valuable knowledge about event management. We were recognized as one of the top Event Management and Advertising companies in Gujarat, working with various clients including the Gujarat Government, developers, the fashion industry, and numerous small-size ventures.During my time at INIT, I had the opportunity to learn about advertising from its foundation. I was involved in the entire process, from understanding the brief and creating concepts to copywriting, creative writing, visual representation, and executing advertising campaigns for brands and events. When I initially joined the company, there were only three of us, and my boss/mentor was in search of a name for the studio. It was an interesting and humble beginning, as we worked on Pentium II PCs while sitting on the floor without tables or chairs. Once again, I had the privilege of being part of a company at its inception, which eventually grew into the largest design studio and advertising company.The work we produced was published across various media platforms, including TV, movies, newspapers, magazines, hoardings, social media, exhibitions, road shows, merchandise, and clothing. I dedicated myself to the job, working day and night, from receiving client briefs to delivering the final work.I was involved in a wide range of tasks, including website coding, 3D architectural drawings, AV editing, sound editing, art direction, packaging concepts and production, and every aspect of the studio's operations.This job served as my art university, providing me with the opportunity to work with diverse mediums and design and film software. I was yearning for something new, and I found it! I started a mobile studio here. Our in-house design studio was responsible for creating artwork for all the packaging at our offset printing press. I presented a proposal to my boss for a mobile design studio.Amazingly, he accepted, and I embarked on a journey from city to city, working tirelessly in my van equipped with a Mac, printer, scanner, zip drive, DVDs, papers, and more. I relished the experience of visiting vast factories and industrial complexes. Life became a blend of travel, music, and art.

After learning ABC of Offset printing and Film Exposing I started searching offset press with design studio. My friend Gaurang Thaker gave me this Job Opening news. Because they know me about my job at Jay Scan, with basic interview I got this Visualizer & Design Studio Manager job. My boss told me to Join after 2 Days. I reached Wilson press at Rakhial in Ahmedabad. The Big surprise for me was there was not any design studio in the press. My boss asked me, which computer you need? LOL.!!?? I Started buying Computer, Scanner, Printer, DVD, DVD writer, Zip, and everything that a design studio needs. It was a great experience setting up the studio at that time. I explored market of computers PC, Apple, IBM, HP, etc. and got 1 Mac & 1 PC for the studio. Learned how to setup the design studio. It was a offset printing house so they have a good clientele of packaging & printing. We started publicity of our design studio to this existing clients. We got lots design work from them, I worked day and night without looking back at salary or time. I wanted to learn designing for packaging and offset printing. It was long journey for me, without any expectation I kept working and developed new unit of Packaging Formation and Designing unit. I appointed 2 Graphic Designers and 1 Expert Packaging Dummy Maker. This was my leap to Studio Head.We developed Many POP, FMCG Display Products, Boxes, Bags, Die Punching and everything possible from corrugated sheets and duplex sheets. We have advantage of inhouse large printing machine, 30x40 in and 40 x 60 in Roland Printing machines. Because of that we created huge size packaging & in store display items. It was great experience of creating design studio and bring it to great successfully earning/profit making unit.I was happy and very satisfied with my work. I worked for Many Big Corporates and Political parties during this job. ...but by hunger for learning more and creating something new was still asking me what next?

Before this job, I worked at small graphic design studios and screen printers. This job was a turning point for me as it was my first experience with offset printing basics. Specifically, I operated a negative and positive film-exposing unit for both offset and screen printing. It was the era of offset printing, and I gained extensive knowledge about offset printing and film-exposing machines during this job. I learned how to create print files for offset printing in CMYK and special colors, as well as for screen printing. Additionally, I gained proficiency in scanning TP on a drum scanner and scanning photos on AGFA Hi-Res scanners. I primarily worked with Illustrator, Photoshop 3, CorelDraw 2, and PageMaker 5 on Macintosh (Mac). Overall, it was an adventurous journey for me.
