 Piping Modeling in Auto CAD Plant 3d Preparation of plot plan & Equipment plant layout Preparation of Nozzle Orientation drawing & review Vendor GAD. Reviewing & Comment Isometric & Piping GAD Develop Pipe rack GAD & Piping GAD. Basic knowledge of Stress line supporting as per stress analysis. Generation of Clash check report form Navisworks -manage & also resolving the clashes. Checking 3D line routing as per P&ID & Hook up Diagram. Carry out ISBL & OSBL Pipe rack routing. Preparation of SOQ & MTO. Basic Knowledge of Code & Standards of ASME B31.3 Reviewing Civil & Structural drawing as per Plant layout & Coordinate with other Discipline also.

 Preparation of Plot plan, Plant layout Floor wise Equipment plan layout & sectional layout. Preparing Equipment GA Drawings & Reviewing Vendor GAD as per MDS. Preparation of Equipment list and Detail Line list with specification as per requirement. Review & Comment on Equipment GA regarding it’s nozzle orientation and its specification as per Plant layout. Generation of Line-list, MTO, BOM, SOQ as per Requirement. Preparing Critical line list for stress Analysis and also preparing Support Details for Stress Line. Review & Preparation of piping layout (GAD), Isometric drawing, Pipeline support drawing. Knowledge of 3D Modeling in AutoCAD Plant 3D & E3D  Knowledge of extracting isometric drawings from Auto CAD plant 3D. Knowledge of Pipe & Fitting, Components & Valves. Basic Knowledge of Code & Standards. Reviewing & clearing the Civil & Structural drawing as per Plant layout. Also visit the site for reviewing the works and collecting the require data. Co-ordinate with client & internal team with various stage of project execution
