Current• Providing Project Management services for multiple capital projects in the US for hyperscaler, turnkey, and colo, data center clients. We manage the Design and Construction process from regulatory approvals to IST turnover.• Currently managing 3 greenfield projects in the northeast with over 192 megawatts and 1.2 million sq ft, under construction ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget.• Collaborated with cross-functional groups to procure OFCI mission critical equipment to optimizing project schedules. •Build and lead high performance AEC teams while driving measurable value into the procurement process when buying CM / At Risk services.
