• Designed, organized and managed three of the flagship branches of the organization. Successfully integrated a Balanced Scorecard and was actively involved in its continued development to deliver the company strategy.
• Established 3 Branch Managers in these branches to co-ordinate this and operate efficient and effective regions. Ensured regional core business budget delivery and achieved growth via new Permanent division products.
• Managed new and existing teams through a difficult culture change to remove the more functional day-to-day administrative operations centrally and become more entrepreneurial and commercially minded in our approach.
• Regional responsibility of £5.6 million annually ($12.3 million CAD). 13.3% growth within Q1 (2004-2005). This has been achieved due to the careful re-focus of the existing branch infrastructure, and the stabilization.
• The subsequent investment in product training and consideration of time management was integral in this. Balanced Scorecard continues to ensure delivery of the company strategy via a series of critical success factor.
