As an architectural historian at Page & Turnbull, I work on a variety of projects throughout California, producing historic resource evaluations, analyzing the impacts of new projects on historic resources, and navigating the regulations of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) at the level of individual projects and large-scale municipal planning endeavors. At Page & Turnbull, we assist local businesses, heritage professionals, non-profits, environmental lawyers, municipal planning agencies, developers, and homeowners in navigating local, state, and national preservation contexts. My interests include the relationship between community identity and sense of place, the (re)interpretation of industrial landscapes, and anything related to the neo-Grec style. I meet the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for architectural history.
