Melisa Gaudreau leads Page & Turnbull’s Sacramento office. As a preservation architect with over 18 years experience, Melisa has served as project manager and project architect on a wide range of rehabilitation projects. She has been responsible for early assessments and studies as well as development of construction documents and approvals. She has produced Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit applications and environmental review documents gaining successful local planning and state agency approval. Her projects require insight and application of the California Historical Building Code and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards.Melisa has working experience with analysis of and planning for historic properties and districts, including preservation plans, CEQA and Section 106 review documentation. She led teams in the production of Historic Structure Reports for the California State Capitol, Badger Pass Ski Lodge and White Wolf Lodge, as well as a Cultural Landscape Report at Badger Pass Ski Area in Yosemite National Park. These projects and her involvement in professional affiliations has established strong working relationships with local departments and associations, the State Office of Historic Preservation and the National Park Service.Melisa meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Architecture and Historic Architecture.
