As I progressed through Home Agency, I was given opportunity to run my own department, something which Barry encouraged me with despite losing a senior developer in the process. He understood the direction I was heading, and didn't let any bitterness stand in my way. We continued to work closely together, Barry has probably listened to more of my ideas than anyone else, whether they were fully formed or a spark of inspiration with no direction.
