The primary… Show more As the Raw Data Global Product Manager I am responsible for researching customer/industry needs and trends to develop the product offering and providing support to customer facing groups. The Raw Data Product provides large merchants with two capabilities that they can integrate with their internal systems; 1. Raw Data Reconciliations; the ability to receive and reconcile transaction and payment data.2. Raw Data Disputes; the ability to exchange dispute data and images. The primary users of this channel today are typically large merchants and processors, such as Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, Stripe, etc. Job Responsibilities: • Provide strategic thought leadership and drive Raw Data Product Roadmap.• Understanding customer needs/trends and creating growth plans to address opportunities.• Defining metrics to measure success, then driving against key metrics.• Responsible for the overarching approach to marketing, servicing, certification, financials, development and communications relating to the Product - partnering with multiple cross functional business units.• Act as business liaison with the client facing teams – Payment Consultants, Client Managers.• Build strong partnerships to understand, prioritise merchant and third party processor needs.• Communicate the roadmap and support the teams with customer needs and questions. Skills/Qualifications: • Proven experience in product management in financial services industry. • Strong analytical skills to create and analyse MIS and derive market insights. • Ability to think strategically as well as understand and drill into technical issues. • Ability to own a product and drive the delivery plan.• Excellent relationship management skills. • Excellent communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical or business issues and potential solutions to leadership.• Marketing experience.
