The core approach to my 35 years in financial markets is to work hard and provide clients with an honest and dedicated service, to work as part of a team with enthusiasm and energy and importantly add value. I am a hard-working, conscientious, and trustworthy. I work hard and diligently to deliver results for the team and the wider community. I am currently studying for a degree in business management to further learning. This has given me greater knowledge in managing myself and those around me. It has taught me to innovate and think outside the box to provide that edge. I have grown my capabilities to present coherently and concisely to ever growing audiences and to work collaboratively with those around me. My Excel knowledge is excellent with the ability to use functions and basic programs to build my own sheets to deliver results. I have a clean driving license. I am articulate and able to explain my thoughts and ideas succinctly and precisely. II have continued to learn and grow in my new role and take time in my rest days to learn more from books, webinars, and online sessions. I have used my down time to visit other departments with whom I work to learn what happens with patient care from end to end. I have learnt new skills in more specialised areas of health care to give me the opportunities to advance. I have learnt support, logistics and teaching roles that are available to me. I hope to progress with further qualifications and experiences towards being a qualified paramedic in years to come.
