I am a Non-Executive, Director, Committee Chair, CEO and Funds Management Consultant with over thirty years of board level experience with 40 years expertise in the Financial Services industry, primarily Property Funds Management , Mortgage Management and Wealth Management.In an executive capacity, I am currently the AFSL Keyman & Responsible Manager at Superhero Securities - ASIC often require a Responsible Manager to be Keyman, named on an AFSL licence when it is viewed their skills, asset expertise and compliance experience is critical to the provision of financial services – a position recognized by ASIC as one carrying significant compliance responsibilities. Previously I have founded and managed a number of wealth management, credit and property funds management firms: Property Funds Management Australia, Wealthplan Financial Group and First Mutual Australia. Under my management, the firms advised more than 6000 clients, managed $500M investment funds, and property development projects valued at over $700M.At board level what I do is drive innovation and business growth through the filters of business ethics and compliance frameworks. I do that by leveraging my deep knowledge in the evaluation of property development projects, rigorous assessment of site due diligence, project finance for acquisition, joint venture and residential infrastructure development, sales and marketing, and investment management.
