I am a Technologist. My background includes sales, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and project management of complicated LANs, WANs, and Optical networks. I have gained extensive experience in the engineering and integration of SONET and DWDM optical transport networks from many vendors, such as ALU, Fujitsu, Cienna, Infinera, NEC, Siemens, Tellabs, Adva and Cisco. I have been certified on many of the product lines in formal training classes by these companies; followed with countless real world deployments. I have a current CCNA. I am very comfortable with using and being able to analyze the data from the many different types of testing equipment such as OTDRs, OSAs, meters, optical test sets, scopes, and connectors. Before optical, I was in Enterprise Networking and gained a huge amount of experience with Frame-Relay, ATM, Ethernet, IP, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Windows/NT, and other LAN technologies like Novel. I have a proven track record in highlighting and resolving issues in diverse, technical environments, and coordinating team efforts for installations, integrations, upgrades, and problem resolution. I possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and have proven to be a goal-oriented, diligent, and a resourceful person.

Not only do I provide support on the full line of Fujitsu Optical gear, but our group integrates most other vendors equipment as well (Infinera, Ciena, Cisco, ALU, Calix....)
