I am the Director of an accredited carbon literate construction and building company, Candid Projects Ltd. We have over 20 years experience in construction and building; we have successfully project-managed house builds/domestic builds from the foundations phase right through to the interior design. Being a highly effective communicator with all professionals and clients involved in the building process I am highly competent in achieving the client's spec and organising my team of trusted and experienced tradesmen; architects, joiners, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, plasterers, and interior designers, to name but a few, to complete projects to an extremely high standard.I am currently going through accreditation programmes, with my business partner, Thomas Murray in order to branch the company out into the commercial market soon after many years in the domestic building projects we feel this next step is needed to progress the business.We were recently finalists in the Scottish Home Improvement Awards and featured on Grand Designs: The Streets Television Programme.
