4-Plant Technical & Operational responsibilities

Managed all aspects of technical systems for a growing, changing, 200 person, plant in the manufacturing of canine and feline Therapeutic and Wellness Diets for a leader in the premium pet food industry. Technical systems include a 20 person Engineering staff (10 Engineers/Technicians, 10 Contract Engineers), 20 person Maintenance staff, and 2 person EOHS staff.
