- Continued to support 400+ AWS environment with role expanded to include architecture recommendations, providing role-based inventory and configuration visibility, and further engagement with customers. - Overhauled IAM and inventory management systems as Angular 7 applications to accommodate new backend systems and team requirements. - Wrote serverless API to index released AWS AMIs and updated existing server relaunch system to automatically make use of the API. Decreased failure rate of server launches significantly. - Wrote package to replace NAT servers in 400+ AWS environments with recently-released AWS Network Firewall. Retrofit package also allows for centralized configuration and egress testing once deployed.

- Provided 24x7 support for managing environment configuration, ensuring access to critical infrastructure, and resolving outages in 400+ AWS accounts / VPCs.- Automated SSH configuration generation, increasing access to AWS management hosts from 20% to 85% and allowing the deployment of monitoring to 1000+ hosts using Ansible.- Built fully automated CI/CD pipeline for deployment of the teams containerized applications to AWS ECS.
