Responsibilities included the review, analysis, audit, and assessment of QA records crucial to the certification of the ship to conduct unrestricted submerged operations. Administered an audit and surveillance program designed to identify poor work practices and violations of NAVSEA requirements. Managed a ship-wide training and qualification program. Significant position only held by warfare-qualified officers with appointment approval at the higher level command.
