With over 15 years of experience in the shelf management industry, I am a retail and shelf management expert who excels at auditing, regional management, quality assurance, customer service as well as Microsoft Office. I’ve recently worn many hats with both the corporate 7-Eleven stores, and a few of the franchisee accounts. Prior to working with 7 Eleven, I was with Infomax Shelf Mgmt. the Largest Retail Auditing firm in the US, a global leader in convenience retailing, where I apply my skills and knowledge to ensure the optimal performance and profitability of the store.I began my journey with 7 Eleven in May, 2022 as a CSR working graveyard and quickly moved up as a training manager (so to speak) teaching the future Franchisees how to conduct this stage of their stores day. I was then taken with the stores manager, and began my assistant management training. am responsible for managing the inventory, merchandising, and planograms of the store, as well as supervising and training the staff, handling cash and transactions, and resolving customer complaints. I also collaborate with the Store Manager and the District Manager to implement and monitor the store's policies, procedures, and standards. I leverage my Microsoft Excel skills to create and maintain reports and records, and my customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. I am passionate about delivering quality and convenience to our customers, and supporting the growth and development of our team. I left the corporate scene and began working with a few of the Las Vegas Franchisees where I worked my way into a co-manager position in some of the busiest accounts in the greater Las Vegas area. Since that time, I took on a position with 7 Eleven / S&S Fuel, with a promise to begin immediate training to be one of their new store managers. These were promises that have not been fulfilled, but I am always hopeful.
