During my time as a Team Lead I supervised 9-14 employees reporting to me, I have mentored several people to advance their careers with promotions. I have an extensive history in the automotive industry, I have gained knowledge from this industry that brings forward thinking, to meeting goals, using ideas and skills that have benefited company's I have worked for. I have built strong teams of employee's that meet daily expectations.I owned my own business Bears Auto from 2000-2013, that included Sales, Management, Recruitment, Training of employee’s, Job Estimation, Maintenance, Interaction with sublet services , Inventory Control, Scheduling workloads, Distribution of duties, Working with outside companies and vendors, performing day to day operations providing Quality Control, Customer Service, I operated my business to the highest standards. I am a ASE master mechanic, I have done diagnosis and repair on all types of vehicles and equipment. I continue to educate myself by taking classes to learn and gain knowledge that benefits companies I work for. My goals are to make sure I am providing employer's with excellent work ethic and to mentor all employees working on my team to meet goals and expectation. I strive to be the best for companies I've worked for to lead and mentor outstanding workers that are well trained, high performers and ready join others at the top within the company.
