Personal Statement Mechanical and Electrical Manager Hertford and North London.I have spent my working life within the mechanical and electrical environment, from which I have gained many experiences and achievements. This background has provided me with a good knowledge in all aspects of the field – ranging from minor refurbishments to multimillion pound projects.I enjoy working as a team leader and enjoy motivating staff to achieve the best possible results in the shortest time scales, with limited resources and the ever increasing costs restraints.My time spent working for Hertfordshire County Council and the Metropolitan Police as a contractor (and now recently a project Manager/ designer) continues to give me great job satisfaction. I am proud of what I have achieved and motivated by what is achievable, remaining passionate in what I do.Recent personal successes:-Awarded to the grade of Fellow of the institue of Energy,25 years as a Chartered engineer.Twenty five years as an Advance Driver without any instances, invited to meet the Duke of Kent at IAM house in Chiswick.Was nominated as veterans ‘Table Tennis Player of the Year’ by English Table Tennis Association in recognition of 10 years of managing Hertfordshire County Council’s Table Tennis teams and competing at County level.
