  My role as a Business Development Manager requires me to not only develop new business ventures for the company, but to also carry out the day to day contact and support of the contractors hired by Resdev across the UK. My goal is to make sure that we keep contact with the contractors that we work with, ensuring that we can provide them with whatever they need in order to get the job done, such as providing an epoxy resin needed for the fitting of an industrial flooring.My position as Business Development Manager also entails bringing in new customers and contractors to Resdev, assisting in the growth of the company. I work from the early stages of enquiries, contacting the customers and contractors, all the way through to the final installation of a product, for example, a designer flooring or warehouse floor paint. I am also required to carry out all of the business support which is attached to the projects and making sure the projects run as smoothly as possible.The best part of working as a Business Development Manager at Resdev, is the interaction with the customers after a successful installation has been achieved. Knowing that a designer flooring or an epoxy resin has been installed to both the satisfaction of the client and the contractor, is the highlight of my job.
