Current TECHNICAL SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER at Resdev Ltd, My entire career since 1979 has involved me in the formulating, manufacturing, testing, and specifying industrial resin based flooring, car park decking, access flooring systems and products.Technical service work and troubleshooting have also played a major part in my professional career development.I would much rather be an innovator than a duplicator.Although I am not an academically trained chemist I do have over 40 years worth of experience that is invaluable, although often ridiculed for only been a "bucket chemist" the fact is that this industry would not be be where it is without bucket chemistry.I have worked alongside some of the industries most innovative and respected chemists within the resin flooring industry, beginning with John Wright, Martin Parr, John Timbrel, Mark Spowage, Paul Maton.My various job positions have taken me worldwide, I have been required to source foreign locally based raw materials that could be suitably incorporated into formulations that was on a par with any existing uk developed product.This is an area of my expertise that I do find to be very rewarding and fulfilling.I have technically handled and serviced key accounts in the USA, CANADA, MEXICO, SOUTH AFRICA, AUSTRALIA, CHINA, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, JAPAN, UAE, GREENLAND, DENMARK, FINLAND, SWEDEN, FRANCE, HOLLAND, BELGIUM, GERMANY, ITALY, GREECE, IRELAND.I do have quick thinking abilities that are direct and assertive, but I also posess a confident extrovert personality that is very adaptable, outward going and honest.If results cannot be attained by a linear approach I will look outside of the box and use a branched level of thinking to reach the desired conclusion or goal.They say that imitation is the greatest form of flattery...I call it copying and having no individuality...just be yourself everyone else is already taken.
