To proactively and reactively account manage between 80 and 100 accounts within the Business Channel (typically 25 to 250 CTN’s) including the ongoing relationship with Vodafone. Set up regular account review meetings with customers, negotiate resign of contracts, introduce new products and services with a view to entangling the customer with Vodafone and growing the account’s ARPU paying particular attention to Data Products and Revenue.

Manage and lead the Service Desk team to monitor the performance of the team and all team members to maximise effectiveness to reach or exceed agreed standards. The Service Desk team co-ordinates a team of 30 field based engineers and a number of sub-contractors, which carry out installation and maintenance work on cellular fixed phones and car kits.
