Founded Atlanta Demolition in 2002 and developed the Company into a large scale demolition and environmental services company which became known as one of the most innovative, creative and responsive decommissioning companies in the industry. Atlanta Demolition successfully completed numerous complex projects and was known for designing and implementing innovative techniques and operational approaches which improved profitability and operational performance in aging industry. Atlanta Demolition consistently outperformed industry standards in safety, profitability and employee retention and maintained a work environment driven by innovation, mutual respect, hard work, and safety first. Atlanta Demolition was a two-time National Demolition Association Environmental Excellence award winner.

Environmental Development Partners and Pondera Capital specialized in the acquisition, financing, remediation, and development of environmentally impacted real property and waste industry assets. EDP projects included: (i) the development and permitting of Safeguard Landfill in Fairburn Georgia, (ii) the expansion of Rogers Lake Landfill in DeKalb County Georgia; (iii) the development of Atlanta Waste Services into the largest independent waste hauling company in Atlanta before its acquisition by Advanced Disposal Services; and (iv) the initial formation and development of Atlanta Demolition.
