In my current role, I advise and consult with Fortune 500 companies regarding portfolio design, development, and project management processes leveraging Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint. I guide all aspects of client SAP implementations, including principal project management to support global PMO processes leveraging MS Project Server, MS SharePoint Server, HP ALM, and SAP Solution Manager.During my time here so far, I have successfully led a PMO for a large and complex transformation project at a national health insurance company, including implementation of new processes and regulatory compliance. I spearheaded the design and implementation of portfolio valuation and selection, effectively managing over $800M in annual project portfolio uses and significant savings capture. I have also managed C-level client relationships for healthcare insurer projects as a strategic planner and reliable advisor/mentor.

At UMT and EY, I was specially recruited to manage portfolios and projects for major multinational clients across multiple industries with a focus on Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint. I directed consultant teams across multiple client sites as a key leader in business transformations, executive client relationship building, and major portfolio management. I liaised with cross-functional teams, managed schedules and task delegation, and oversaw overall team performance. Moreover, I was recognized with multiple awards, including 2011 and 2013 Gold Partner of the Year and Gartner Cool IT Award of 2013. I exceled as a leader for global methods and tools for the world’s largest SAP implementation involving MS Project Server, MS SharePoint Server, HP ALM, and SAP Solution Manager. I led the largest PMO for a massive transformation project at a national health insurance company, including federally compliant feedback processing software.Additionally, I managed a procure-to-pay-system for a major retail company, realizing over $8M per year in customer savings. I successfully oversaw portfolio valuation and selection processes, including management of $800M in annual portfolio solutions.

Here, I oversaw design and development of Kansas interface with the CDC to report infectious diseases and a Kansas system for early registration of volunteers. I spearheaded the development and design of multiple Kansas enterprise systems to improve workflows and processes, improve user access, and design data dashboards and tracking tools. Moreover, I managed .NET development and tracking, SQL server integrations, and cross-functional teams.

In this role, I created and implemented data infrastructures and models for Nebraska health information systems. I planned and orchestrated .NET Nebraska Medicaid MMIS system, including development of logical and physical data models to comply with healthcare codes, developed design specifications and policies, and wrote code in .NET. I gathered and identified requirements, liaised with clients, and managed cornerstone projects.
