As co-founder of Three Shores, I value principal, precision and process. My goal is to take a focused, structured approach to development and carefully consider all details before executing a plan. My inspiration comes from the urban vibrancy of other big cities, and I’m passionate about how land use can shape and create homes and communities.Since my start in the development industry in 1995, I have taken pride in engaging in a broad range of projects, including land use design, multi-family residential developments and the incorporation of green building principles.My move from within the provincial government in the Ministry of Transportation and Highways sector towards some of the largest real-estate developers, including Concord Pacific, Aquilini Development and Construction and Amacon, allowed me to stretch my knowledge base. Inside these roles, I learned the power of looking at projects from different perspectives and understanding the needs of stakeholders.I was born and raised on the North Shore, and I enjoy living and working in my hometown - I believe that investment in one’s own community is a source of credibility and authenticity.
