I was a career Funeral Director/Embalmer, 24 years plus. I leased and operated two Funeral Homes for 14 years. A small town F.D. is on call 365/24 hours death cares not about when it occurs. Just explaining the type of work ethic and commitment i gave but gave up having a family. I would not want to be in that situation ever again. I could consult, get the employees mind set for success, let them in on things that detroyed my emtional well being and left me with severe depression and PTSD. Under my psyicians care we were able to get my life back before it was to late. For achievements i would say helping a family in need lay to rest their love ones in a caring and professional manner leaving them at peace was enough for me.
