Employer Partnership Coordinator
Current• Engaging with a variety of employers promoting Ingeus’ service through organised meetings, events and cold calls.• Providing a full recruitment service to employers and job seekers. • Arrange a sifting process agreed with employers to find the most suitable candidates for them, saving them time and making the recruitment process as effective as possible.• Advertising job opportunities across the North East to find suitable candidates for the roles on a live jobs board and ensuring this is updated daily. • Coordinating large scale recruitment in the North East region of the UK.• Coordinate submissions from all Ingeus offices as well as sub-contractors in the North East to ensure I give the employer the best possible candidates.• Working with Ingeus National Team to share best practice and to build excellent rapport with national employers.• Create power point presentations and hold Awareness Events to ensure all candidates are aware of individual recruitment procedures for the companies they are applying for.• Work closely with employers to create specific route ways to help inexperienced candidates up skill and find work.• Motivate the recruitment team to reach set targets and improve performance.
