My current role is to source, shortlist and screen candidates from a pool of 700+ candidates across a variety of sectors including Warehouse, Retail, Customer Service and Care. I work alongside a team of nine professional recruiters to ensure the vacancies they bring in from local employers are filled by the most suitable candidates. Key Responsibilities:• Identify the recruitment needs of each employer and tailor pre-screens and group assessments to their specific needs, ensuring that contractual terms are met.• Run engagement sessions with candidates to ensure they are kept up to date with current vacancies. • Report client performance and attendance figures to all key stakeholders.• Track progress of clients into candidate pools and future journey.• Provide guidance to the Employer Services Team on Business Development needs to ensure that vacancies meet the demand of the Candidate Pool. • Liaise with Employment Advisors to ensure feedback is acted upon and candidates are developing.• Reverse marketing with the top candidates to increase the opportunities of the candidate gaining employment.• Design and conduct presentations to stakeholders to provide updates on Candidate Pool performance.

This role involved introducing local employers to the free recruitment service offered at Ingeus and manage the recruitment process from promoting vacancies through to in work support once candidates had started work. My role was to oversee the day to day running of the customer services side of the Google Engage for Agencies programme. I also created and presented ideas on how the programme could be developed and analyse customer feedback in order to improve the programme. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee a team of three to ensure tasks were delegated effectively and any problems were dealt with efficiently. ● Provide customer service, advice, information and support to members of the Engage for Agencies programme.● Present new ideas to Google head office on how to develop the programme.● Analyse client feedback and pinpoint common issues or problems.● Create monthly presentations for Google head office outlining customer feedback.● Liaise with the programme co-ordinator’s at Google head office.● Develop and provide training to customer services staff.
