As a backend engineer with strong communication and collaboration skills, I was responsible for two key areas during my time at KKday. Firstly, I participated in the development and updates of the electronic approval system. Working closely with product managers and key users (including finance, legal, and human resources departments), we discussed the system's logical flow and customization requirements. Through thorough communication and collaboration, we successfully added 10 new processes and organized the existing code to make it more readable and maintainable, laying a solid foundation for the system's stability and sustainable development.Secondly, I focused on the development of the Odoo system. In this project, my main tasks included effectively integrating the BPM with the company's accounting system and maintaining configuration files on the platform. The complexity of this work lies in ensuring seamless connections between systems while ensuring the accuracy and security of data. I successfully achieved the goal of batch updating approval permissions and organizational structure diagrams every day, bringing convenience and efficiency to the company's business processes and reducing errors caused by manual maintenance.I deeply understand that continuous learning is essential for software engineers. Therefore, I constantly maintain a curiosity and thirst for knowledge about new technologies, continuously exploring and learning. In conclusion, my work experience at KKday has equipped me with solid technical skills and excellent teamwork abilities. I look forward to applying my expertise and skills to new challenges and contributing to the development and success of the company.
