As the Executive Director, I am the driving force behind the Poudre River Trail in Northern Colorado. I have the authority to govern the operations, goals, and strategic objectives as approved by our Board of Directors. I manage and lead the organization towards the realization of our mission as our primary voice in the community. I create and implement plans to attain the goals and objectives of our organization. Primary responsibilities include: · Educate the community on the Cache la Poudre river. · Relationship Building with the community and donors. · Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the Poudre Trail in ways that strengthen our partnerships and profile. · Forge and maintain relations of trust with landowners, external partners, government entities, and community associates. · Event Planning and Project Management. · Volunteer Coordination. · Researching and pursuing grants, coordinating fundraising, soliciting and managing donations. · Maintain Social Networking and Marketing presence. · Oversight of budget and financial records. · Coordinate Monthly Board Meetings and Corridor Sub-Committee Meetings.

I was elected as Mayor in April of 2024. I was removed from office on May 22, 2024 after a resident filed a lawsuit challenging the election. There was a court hearing and a Weld County District Judge nullified the election, undermining the will of the voters. The judge ruled that the Town Clerk misinterpreted the Town Charter. I was removed from office at no fault of my own. The remaining Town Board members chose not to appeal and appointed someone else as Mayor. I was not allowed to finish the last 2 years of my District-2 term, a seat I won in 2022 with 70% of the vote. The Town Board appointed someone else to my District-2 seat as well. I am very confident that I would had been a very effective Mayor for the Town of Windsor. The Windsor Town Board is comprised of a Mayor and six Town Board members. As the Mayor, I represented constituents and made legislative decisions for the good of the community. I presided over meetings of the Town Board, and wasrecognized as the head of the Town government for all ceremonial purposes. The Mayor is a member of the Town Board and has the same voting powers as any Town Board Member.

In 2022, I took on a larger role representing the Town of Windsor on committees focused on improving regional transportation and air quality. I am the Chair of the US34 Coalition, a member of the North I-25 Coalition, and I am our Mayor’s alternate on the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization (NFRMPO).

I was appointed by my fellow Town Board Members to serve as Mayor Pro Tem for two years. I shall perform the responsibilities of the Mayor when the Mayor is absent or is otherwise unable to perform the responsibilities of the Mayor.

I was elected to serve on the Town Board (City Council) in April of 2018 and re-elected in April of 2022. The Town Board serves as the community’s legislative body, having responsibility for enacting town ordinances, appropriating funds to conduct town business, appointing members to boards and commissions, and providing direction to town staff.

The Planning Commission’s responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, which includes the Town's Land Use Plan; review and implementation of provisions of zoning and subdivision ordinances, investigation and recommendation of amendments to master plans, zoning maps, conditional use grants, and recommendations of appropriate zoning classifications for all annexations.

The Parks, Recreation, & Culture Advisory Board will make recommendations to the Town Board concerning: any expenditure or appropriation from the park fund, budget issues related to parks, recreation and open lands; policies relating to the public use and management of those lands, purchase or disposition of park, and recreation and open lands.

I was appointed to the Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force to study communities that are governed by the board of a metropolitan district and the issues confronting residents of those communities. Specifically, the Task Force is examining metropolitan districts: -Authority to levy taxes -Foreclosure practices -Communications with homeowners regarding metropolitan district processes -Homeowners’ rights and responsibilities -District’s governance policies, including voting and election policies.The Task Force reviews the process by which a metropolitan district could transition from a metropolitan district that enforces covenants and collects assessments into a Common Interest Community governed under article 33.3 of Title 38.The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force was created by HB23-1105. The Metropolitan District Homeowners' Rights Task Force is created in the Department of Regulatory Agencies by section 24-34-101(1)(a), C.R.S. to examine issues confronting communities that are governed by the executive board of a Metropolitan District.

I represent the Town of Windsor on the Great Western Trail Authority, a local government entity created by an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the towns of Windsor, Severance & Eaton to accept the donation of the abandoned Great Western Railway between the towns under the “railbanking” provisions of the 1983 amendments to the National Trails System Act. The Authority’s ongoing responsibility is to plan and construct a public trail on the right-of-way, maintain the trail corridor, and seek funding for the trail through grants and contributions.

I served as Chair for 2-years and Vice-Chair for 1-year. The Behavioral Health Policy Council's (BHPC) purpose is to foster regional coordination and cooperation in matters relating to the provision of a continuum of behavioral health services in Larimer County. The BHPC’s Impact Fund Grant Program allows Larimer County to invest directly in programs that serve the behavioral health needs of our community. In our first 4 years (2019-2022) over $8.5 million of grants were distributed. Construction is underway on the new Larimer County Behavioral Health Acute Care Facility at the new Longview Campus. We will provide care and treatment to individuals in crisis with mental health and/or substance use disorders. A comprehensive care team will be available 24/7 to accept, assess and assure care for all individuals who arrive at the facility. An intake team will be available for a seamless transfer of care for those in crisis from family, law enforcement officers, and other first responders. A highly-trained care team will provide the appropriate level of care for the appropriate amount of time and coordinate a care plan before being discharged. These efforts are possible thanks to Larimer County residents that voted to increase taxes for a period of 20 years with all revenue to be used for preventative, early identification, intervention, support, and treatment mental health services for youth, adults, families and senior citizens who are residents of Larimer County including Berthoud, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Johnstown, Loveland, Timnath, Wellington, and Windsor.

The Poudre River Trail Corridor, Inc. is a nonprofit organization managed by a local Board of Directors composed of representatives from the City of Greeley, the Town of Windsor, and Weld County. This group of volunteers and staff from the member governments put forth countless hours to coordinate construction projects, land acquisitions, fundraising efforts, community education programs, and events about the river and the trail. Without the dedication of those involved, the Poudre River Trail would not be the incredible trail you see today.

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, I tailored customized health coverage to fit the needs and budget of my clients. I protected families, individuals, and businesses in multiple states.

I oversaw all aspects of the campaign in a nonpartisan race. My candidate finished second to the incumbent in a field of four candidates, receiving over 30% of the vote while spending only spent 5% of what was spent on the winner’s campaign. I managed the campaign’s stance on important issues, day-to-day operations, campaign staff activities, coordinated communications, coordinated and implemented fundraising operations, scheduled activities, organized events, and coordinated continuously with the candidate. I was responsible for creating and managing the campaign budget which changed daily. I am not afraid of raising money. I analyzed data and consulted with advisors to formulate strategy and determine how funds are best utilized. I was responsible for keeping the campaign compliant with all laws and regulations. I assured that all required filings and reports were submitted on time. I utilized my ability to lead, organizational skills, level-headedness, tact, and diplomacy to reconcile various beliefs and viewpoints without giving offense and without compromising principle. I managed an organization of passionate and strong willed individuals moving together towards a common goal. Even in defeat, our campaign was a success doing a lot with very few resources. Our candidate and team have stayed involved in the community long after the election.

I provided county headquarters support: updated database, called voters, prepared mailings, and provided assistance on projects. I created call lists and walk lists to reach voters. I talked to voters (canvas), did literature drops, delivered signs, wrote letters to the newspaper Editors, registered voters, researched candidates/issues, educated voters on issues and candidates, answered political questions from voters, informed voters where and how to vote, found rides to polls for voters, performed fundraising, helped organize events, and other necessary tasks.

This was a seasonal position at Swingle who was later purchased by SavATree. I performed fertilization and integrated pest management on trees and shrubs using spray and injection tools. I diagnosed and corrected problems with trees, shrubs and lawns when making in-person service calls. Customer service is a key element of this position, as well as route planning, proper product mixing and proper product application. Turf, weed, tree and shrub identification and pathology knowledge of tree physiology are essential.

This was a seasonal position. I made timely horticulture applications to customer's trees and shrubs, such as fertilizers and pesticides. I diagnosed and corrected problems with trees, shrubs and lawns when making in-person service calls. I sold TruGreen services to new and existing customers.

This was a temporary position on a specific project for CSU student housing. I air-sealed housing units, installed environmentally-friendly insulation, installed whole house fans, and performed energy efficient retrofitting to improve energy efficiency, sustainability and durability. I worked directly with the development superintendent.

I provided direct phone support to CVS Pharmacy customers. I gathered information, assessed customer needs, researched/resolved inquiries, and logged customer calls in a timely manner. I left this position because Xerox closed their Greeley operation.

I was licensed to sell life insurance and various financial products and services through New York Life Insurance Company in Colorado, Nebraska, and Iowa.

I provided strategic leadership to a 17-member global Level-3 team providing 24x7 warranty, contract, and mission critical services for customers with complex storage solutions that spanned multiple HP organizations and companies. • Successfully participated in the integration of the LeftHand Networks and IBRIX acquisitions into HP. • Successfully partnered with multiple original equipment manufacturers: Dot Hill Systems, Seagate, LSI and others. • Participated in several product development and support readiness teams. • Resolved a majority of elevated issues without involving Development allowing them to focus on future product development. • Enable customers, Level-1, Level-2, and the field to resolve issues without Level-3 or Development engagement by proactively communicating solutions internally and externally.

I provided strategic leadership by managing team of 30 Level-2 engineers in the Americas providing 24x7 warranty, contract, and mission critical services for customers with HP Servers. Resolved 85% of escalation issues without involving Product Engineering resources. • Optimized $1 million annual equipment budget by combining HP Services labs at common locations that saved $500,000 in 2007 over 2006 purchases while increasing access to laboratory equipment for Support Engineers. • Enabled customers to resolve their own issues or get quick solutions when contacting Solutions Centers by proactively communicating solutions to decrease problem resolution time and minimize escalations. • Instrumental in off-shoring several roles to low-cost locations by recruiting, training, and mentoring the new employees. • Improved cost efficiencies by merging HP and Compaq Server Escalation Teams into single Escalation Team.

I was the primary liaison from Solution Center to Engineering. I improved product supportability and serviceability by providing data, trends, and top issues. Split PC and Server support improving product specialization, technician knowledge and customer satisfaction.

I reported data and support issues to Product Engineering. I was a technical resource for Frontline Technicians. I facilitated startup and implementation of end-user support and merger of end-user and reseller support teams in 1993. I was a key player establishing a new call center that grew to 600+ employees. We achieved the lowest cost-per-call-minute and highest customer satisfaction of all centers in the Americas region.
