I assist with the complexities of obtaining and negotiating state tax credits and incentives, provide general consulting, and audit defense. I also have extensive experience advising clients on New York State and New York City tax matters, having successfully represented corporations and partnerships before state taxing authorities and negotiated settlements and penalty abatements. In my day-to-day role, I focus on understanding the needs of my clients and delivering high value quality professional services to companies across many industries including manufacturing, technology and media, financial services, and private equity.
