Supporting CCG with information and contract performance

As the surgical division information lead I am leading the trust on building bottom up information portals and KPIs to ensure quality performance and delivery of trust standards and objectives.

As head of infomatics I am responsible for leading the information team in supplying internal and external data and information to healthcare professionals and national bodies.

As Head of Delivery I am responsible for the Program management of Drfoster Intelligence's seven online tools for healthcare information. Having introduced a phase and gate system to monitor and report on delivery of projects from Business case creation, user requirements gathering, specification creation, development, testing, User Assurance testing, delivery, and post delivery support. I ensure that all projects are monitored through the process and that stakeholders and key customers have input at each gate appropriately.I Joined Dr Foster as the customer support manager responsible for helping set up a customer support team to train clients in the use of the company's product portfolio. The team also helped in a consultancy role leading trusts to use information to improve patient outcomes and integrate intelligent information usage across trust personnel. Promoted to Product Manager to bring 'the voice of the customer' to new product development and promoted again to Head of Delivery to ensure new product development is focused on customer need and delivered on time to sufficient quality. Throughout this time worked very closely with Professor Sir Brian Jarman to assist with key healthcare leaders in understanding and acting on mortality data both in the UK and other countries across the globe. Key successes have been the development of a United States business which has grown in less than six months to provide data for equivalent patient numbers to the entire monthly SUS feed. This was a 'pet project' run by myself and Professor Jarman as Dr Foster senior management did not believe it attainable. The design and development of the latest version of Dr Fosters key product the 'Real Time Monitoring tool (RTM)'taking user requirements to design an improved product with greater flexibility, speed and usability to meet customer need.

Joined Innovex as a medical sales representative responsible for increasing sales, promoting the face of both Innovex and its client companies to customers within the medical profession and key account management of regular customers. Since joining the company I have been promoted to senior representative as well as being charged with IT training for the south of England.
