Full responsibility for assigned projects, from initial identification of requirements through rollout, and problem resolution.

Recruited and within 2 months tasked with leading external resources in the development of 2 mission-critical business applications for the Consumer Services Department for this multi-national energy company and leading U.S. utility.• Guided the design of SMARTTrack system, automating the tracking, generation, and reporting of sales commissions for channel partners; and PROTrack, providing a means to evaluate sales performance against established goals.• Built a Help Desk Organization to provide 24/7 support to 500 users across 7 states on newly deployed SMARTTrack and PROTrack systems, improving customer adoption.
