• Guided the design of SMARTTrack system, automating the tracking, generation, and reporting of sales commissions for channel partners; and PROTrack, providing a means to evaluate sales performance against established.
• Built a Help Desk Organization to provide 24/7 support to 500 users across 7 states on newly deployed SMARTTrack and PROTrack systems, improving customer adoption.
