Art Director of the Commercial team focusing on delivering a range of work frommedia solutions, content and client destinations within the network, to integratedcampaigns across print, digital, TV and multi-screens.Working alongside sales, strategists, data scientists, editorial and product innovationto deliver full service campaigns averaging 100+ projects a month ranging from$25k-$18m.Clients include BMW, Kellogg’s, KFC, Toyota, Microsoft, Bacardi, NSW Government,Supercell and Cricket Australia.

Develop compelling digital experiences with pixel perfect precision to bringadvertisers brands to life across a portfolio of websites and products.User Experience and User Interface design, strategy and implementation role.Working closely with nineMSN’s large sales team to lead brainstorms, createpre-sales/pitch-work designs and coming up with innovative, proactive ideas that canbe taken to prospective clients.Creating wireframes for network sites, seeing them through to final designs, as well ashelping cadets to implement template pages ensuring they keep to the overall stylebut encouraging them to inject their own personality.

• Manage and coordinate design projects from concept through completion• Collaborate with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements• Self-promotion/marketing and developing client relationships• Liaising with other creatives and developers

• Lead the information architecture, interaction design and user experience practice within the company• Design the user interface, conceptual images, create web page layouts, and perform front-end development for new online websites• Applying design parameters and style guides to ensure a rich customer experience though dynamically driven e-commerce websites• Ability to translate client’s requirements into feasible designs
