As a development manager for the healthcare industry I oversee an agile development team on the ServiceNow platform. Before joining Molina I was a contract programmer/analyst for several clients in engineering and scientific disciplines. This allowed me to use much of my scientific training to provide useful software solutions to a wide variety of clients. The industries in which I have worked include biology, financial, television, satellite launch, oil & gas, government and now healthcare. I love problem solving and analysis and am fortunate that much of my work needs just that. Formerly a teacher, I use these skills to assist colleagues with their data analysis challenges – particularly queries of a database and basic analysis and statistics.
