Leading a team of business analysts / product owners, UX/UI designer and tech writer to create product value for our clients, their end customers and our business. In the end, we're creating the best cloud-based, API-driven, user-configurable omnichannel/omnifulfillment order management system that can handle all retailer needs -- BOPIS, BORTS, integration with current storefront platforms, ERPs and any partner plugins -- and that gets them up and running in days, not months.

Led strategic development for three self-directed Medicaid core customer- and internal-facing applications related to onboarding program participants, case/financial management services and timesheet submissions. Wrote epics including usability designs to shift from an internal application suite to an industry-leading external-facing platform for state Medicaid and Managed Care Organization program managers. In the process of agile transformation for a single product backlog, front-end strategic prioritization and packaging applications for third-party use.

Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Responsible for product management, new markets and category development and marketing. Drove new product launch process development, projects and risk management across all functional areas. Launched new products for significant revenue and profit potential. Drove company brand expression, positioning, marketing/PR campaigns and lead generation. Helped foster success by supporting internal culture and teamwork goals. Engaged large food and pharma brands to commercialize new solutions. Managed product development ISO 9001 processes and documentation. Biggest project: Coca-Cola Western Europe across seven countries and 15 converters in six months.

Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Reported directly to the company president and participated on the executive leadership team. I developed new strategic revenue channels and operations innovations. While I was with the company, I led strategic development, Web application development, ERP integration development, inventory, purchasing, digital printing and operations initiatives teams at one time or another. Big idea that worked: Converting traditional print-and-stock to print on-demand, saving millions in inventory and allowing expansion of design options for customers.

Sunrise, Florida

Worked directly under the company president and was a member of the executive leadership team. Drove internal new business initiatives and led the software development and tech support teams. Best new thing: launching and operating an internal low-end disruptor to capture market share.

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Our customer innovation team reported to the Alamo Marketing VP, and I regularly worked with executives, marketing, product managers and operations teams to research and develop new services and customer experiences, not the least of which were parts of Alamo's massive facility redesign and environmental rebranding. Best project ever -- linking reservation and rental systems to create the first complete online rental experience, where customers knew exactly what their charges would be and could sign the rental agreement online. This was paired with a rental counter bypass innovation. Fun!

Pompano Beach, Florida

Started as a lowly staff writer but ended up as Business Development Director reporting to the Marketing executive. Worked with many financial, telecommunications, healthcare Fortune 500 companies on effective printed customer communications. Big contribution: Launching the company's first online content services.
