Integration Lead
CurrentIn my current role, I lead integration efforts for a large-scale business transformation project, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of key systems. This involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, business analysts, project managers, and third-party vendors, to design and deliver robust integration solutions. Post-implementation, I provide support as part of BAU operations, addressing any integration issues to maintain system stability. My responsibilities also involve liaising with third-party suppliers on integration design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. I work closely with business stakeholders to monitor the impact of implementations and resolve any related system issues. I ensure software releases and system changes are thoroughly tested to prevent disruptions to operations. Furthermore, I manage and support changes through the service release cycle, coordinating with the IT Service Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. Additionally I mentor and train new team members on integration development, administration, and support best practices.
