As a pre-merger selected member of the Cushman & Wakefield National Clean Energy & Technology specialty practice group, Mr. Murphy assists his energy-related clients by leveraging many years of experience successfully negotiating real estate transactions unique to E&P and oil-field related service companies throughout the United States. Mr. Murphy is also and member of the Legal Sector Advisory Group. Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group (LSAG) is comprised of select real estate advisors from across the country who specialize in creating and implementing real estate solutions that support a law firm’s business. In 2014, Mr. Murphy represented Crowe & Dunlevy in its efforts to relocate the Oklahoma City main office into an environment within the CBD providing the highest efficiency space at the lowest occupancy cost.Mr. Murphy has represented such national clients as Chesapeake Energy, Pratt & Whitney, UMB Bank, National Oilwell Varco, Iron Mountain, Willis, Apache Corporation, Marathon Oil, Bank of New York, The Hartford, AT&T, GE Oil & Gas, LexisNexis and Xerox as well as numerous local and regional companies and law firms. Currently, he is a board member of Allied Arts, serves as the chairman for Oklahoma City's Foreign Trade Zone authority and serves on the board of the Oklahoma City Zoo.
