I have almost 15 years experience within fund services across 3 countries (Ireland, Australia and the US), including operational, strategic, technical and project management experience.Having spent a number of years in operational asset pricing roles, I sought out a more strategic and project focused role. The opportunity to lead the migration of my existing team to India and Philippines came at just the right time. I used this experience as a stepping stone to transfer to the US, where I was offered a role in Vendor Management. This new role provided me with experiences and exposure I would not have received had I stayed in operations.After 2 years of this role, I was asked to lead a pricing operations team as it went through a transitional period. I then helped migrate another operations team within the US, transferring with it to the new location in Boston, MA, where I spent 3 years as a manager within the pricing operations team.In fall of 2018 I was asked to take on a new role as Operations Change Manager within the same group, using my years of knowledge and expertise to help find the most appropriate solution for the variety of new business, processes and technology that crop up regularly.
