As an executive account services assistant at a corporate communication and design agency, I was responsible for the interface between the company and its clients by managing the ongoing projects, connecting the client’s goals to the creation and strategy teams, coordinating the task traffic among the designers and managing daily work at the agency. In this role, I improved pro-activeness, responsibility, and time and deadlines management. Being responsible for receiving briefings and the delivery of final files and items, I made deliveries that met clients’ goals within set deadlines. I was a participant on the Winter Cultural Exchange Program representing Brazil's culture and history with Guests visiting Sunset Boulevard and Echo Lake.By helping Guests in Sunset Ranch Market, I worked in many positions, from the cash registers to assembling orders and interacting with them, making sure their experiences were easier and more fun. Some of my main responsibilities were:– Managing conflicts while providing excellent service in restaurants and eating areas;– Connecting Guests to Walt Disney World and its magical culture;– Providing a comfortable environment as a translator.

Responsible for teaching English to kids, teenagers and adults, from first classes to conversation groups. Teachers were also the ones who helped students with the details of the learning process, such as how to pronounce words, how to expand vocabulary and how to choose materials to boost their experience with the language. I was also responsible for making students feel welcomed, understood and confident so they would make the best out of the learning process by being more outgoing, talkative and friendly with one another.
