Responsible for sales, operations, and management of Oklahoma Territory for the Masco Construction Services . Implement monthly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives.Provide ongoing field intelligence report on changes in markets and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features.Cost-effectively manage time and assets.Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned.Effectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs. Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners and inventory levels). Manage all aspects of daily operations within the administrative staff, sales staff, production staff, and installation crews.Work with new hires on beginner through advanced position requirementsAdvise customers on a continuing basis regarding service and attributes of product lines.Train and educate both existing and competitive customers to gain incremental business.Manage, Recruit & Develop staff positions in all areas of operations and administration.Management Development/Advisory BoardsFoam Advisory Board: This is an advisory board to provide consultation on various marketing initiatives, including plans of action, collateral, proof sources, opportunities for improvement, and other various topics. We proactively consult on these topics to provide advice in the planning and development of the partnerships with foam manufacturers. Note: There were only 5 Division managers out of 165 asked to be on the board to represent the entire sales force.
